Why Payzium exists
We started Payzium because we kept seeing the same thing.
Business owners who had been with their payment processor for years and had no idea what they were actually paying. Statements full of line items that no one could explain. Rate increases that showed up without warning. Support lines that went nowhere.
It wasn’t that these businesses didn’t care about their processing costs. It’s that the industry made it almost impossible to understand them. Pricing was deliberately confusing. Contracts were designed to lock merchants in. And when something went wrong, there was no one to call who could actually fix it.
We saw a gap between what merchants were promised and what they actually received. Payzium was built to close that gap.
